Kathleen Caudill Parrish, 96, died Wednesday.
Graveside service is Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
She was born in Smethport on Oct. 16, 1921, to the late Howard and Bonnie Caudill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Watts "Pete" Bryan Parrish. She is survived by two children.
Visitation will follow the service.
