Barbara Mern Rustin passed away Nov. 5, 2017, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, N.C.
A memorial service will be held at Seymour Funeral Home Saturday, Nov. 18, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Barry Williamson officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
