Nelda Bradshaw Phipps, 87, died Tuesday at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
She was born Nov. 25, 1929, in Sampson County to the late Raymond and Cora Louise Sutton Bradshaw. She was married to the late Isaac Phipps.
She is survived by two daughters.
