FAYE H. WALSTON

Mrs. Willa Faye Head Walston, 79, Snow Hill, died Thursday evening, May 25, 2017, at her home.
Born March 4, 1938, she was the daughter of Luther and Lizzie Wade Head.
Mrs. Walston retired from Snow Hill Tape Co., and was a member of Free Gospel Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church.
A devoted homemaker, she took great pride in her roles as a wife, mother and especially grandmother.
Her surviving family includes her husband, Larcey Walston Jr. of the home; sons, Tony Walston and wife, Jill, and David Walston and wife, Joann, all of Snow Hill; grandsons, Justin Walston and wife, Heather, of Deep Run, Dustin Walston and wife, Olivia, of Snow Hill, Harrison Walston of Sumter, S.C., and Ryan Walston of Snow Hill; great-grandchildren, Lydia, Ryder, Colt, Ethan and Evan; and a sister, Wilma Grey Sugg of Snow Hill.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Head.
Funeral services will be held graveside 2 p.m. Sunday, May 28, in Snow Hill Cemetery, with her grandson, pastor Dustin Walston officiating.
