Connie Denise Driver Cook, 57, Wilson, died Saturday at Wilson Medical Center.
She was born in Wake County Feb. 4, 1960, to the late Ray and Christine Lamm Driver.
She is survived by two sons.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service.
