ANDREW S. COMBS

Sept. 18, 1972-March 17, 2017

Andrew Scott Combs, 44, passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Wayne UNC Health Care.

He was born in Wayne County on Sept. 18, 1972 to Charles Albert Combs Sr. of Goldsboro and the late Patricia Snipes Combs.

Andy was a member of The First Pentecostal Holiness Church and also attended the Salvation Army Church. Those of us who knew Andy weep at our loss, laugh with our remembrances, and reflect deeply on how much he meant to us.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 20, 2017, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 3:30 p.m. in the Princeton Cemetery, with Pastor Bill Rose and Pastor John Howard officiating.

In addition to his father, Andy is survived by his sister, Deborah Sue West; brother, Charles Albert Combs Jr.; nephew, Michael Jacob West; his aunt, Judy Davis; and cousins, Tracy Bissette, Darlene Britt and husband, Tony, Brandon Robbins and wife, Nicole, and Jacob Robbins.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cindy Lou Combs.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534, Cures for the Colors, SMOC, 203 Cox Blvd., Goldsboro, N.C., 27534 or to The First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1100 The First Church Road, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
