John Robert "Bob" Outlaw, passed away early Saturday, March 11, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral services will be Monday, March 13, at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Craig Snook, followed by burial in Pineview Cemetery.
Visitation will be at Tyndall during the hour before the service.
Bob was a native of the White Flash area of Duplin County, and had resided in Florida for the last many years.
He had been a farmer and a telephone repairman.
He was the son of the late William Allen "Bill Allen" and Henrietta "Etta" Millard Outlaw.
A brother, Durwood Outlaw of Florida, and three sisters, Jean O. Byrd of Mount Olive, Maggie O. Jones of Florida and Lois O. Shivar with husband, N.H., of Mount Olive, survive Bob.
Flowers are welcome or memorial gifts may be made to the charity of one's choice.
