Dallas Lorenzo Lewis, 62, 625 Isler St., died Monday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Central Heights Free Will Baptist Church, with Dr. Issac Burnett Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 24, 1955, in Wayne County to Nancy Lewis Brooks and Harold Gillard.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
