LEATHA JOYCE GREENFIELD SUTTON
A homegoing service for Leatha Joyce Greenfield Sutton will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro, with visitation from noon to 12:45 p.m.
The family will receive friends other times at the home of Paulette and Jerome Council, 100 Allison Drive in Robin Lake Estates.
Mrs. Sutton was born in Halifax County Dec. 7, 1941, to the late Woodrow and Blanche Brown Greenfield.
She was a member of New Spirit Church Ministries.
She is survived by her two daughters, Paulette Council (Jerome) and Claudette Wilson; two sons, Rene Atkinson and Andre Atkinson (Tissany); two sisters, Geneva Ward and Essie Robinson; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and family.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Atkinson and Felix Sutton.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
