Lester Earl Gurley Sr., 89, Warsaw, died Tuesday at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Original Free Will Baptist Church of Warsaw. Burial will be in Pinecrest Cemetery.
He was born Oct. 17, 1927, in Johnston County to Henry Howard Gurley and Peggy Moore Gurley.
He is survived by wife, Mildred B. Gurley of the home; a son; and a daughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc.
