Mr. LeVern Baines, 62, 2206 Imperial Ave. East, Wilson, N.C., passed away Oct. 13, 2016.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, at 11 a.m. at Union Grove Primitive Baptist Church, 519 Singletary St., Wilson, N.C.
A public visitation will be held Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, from 2 to 5 p.m. at Eastern Chapel, 1401 N. Carolina St., Goldsboro, N.C.
Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway of Wilson, N.C.
