Percy Hobbs Jr., 87, 102 Oxford Drive, died Aug. 24 at SECU Hospice House of Smithfield.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Moses Chapel Disciple Church of Christ. Burial will be in Cobbs Cemetery.
Born in Duplin County, he was the son of the late Percy Sr. and Willie Mae Darden Hobbs.
Seven children survive.
Visitation will be Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive friends at the home.
