WILBERT EVANS
Wilbert Evans, 94, formerly of Goldsboro, died Saturday, at Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City.
A service will be held Tuesday, at 4 p.m. at Free Chapel PFWB Church in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3 until 3:45 p.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Princeton.
Mr. Evans was a native of Wayne County, born to the late Will "Pet" and Johnnie Evans.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Pearce Evans and three children.
Arrangements are with Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
