JOSEPH BATTLE
Joseph (Dick) Battle, 93, of Dunn, formerly of Mount Olive, died Friday, at his home in Dunn.
A service will be held Wednesday, at 11 a.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, in Goldsboro, with Bishop Alton A. Smith, officiating.
Interment will be in Wayne Memorial Park. Mr. Battle will lie in state from 10 a.m. until the start of the service. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
