Roger Steve Johnson, 73, Smithfield, died Tuesday at SECU Hospice House.
Funeral will be at Casey Funeral Home chapel Thursday at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Scott Casey officiating.
He was born in Johnston County Oct. 12, 1942, to the late Herbert E.V. Johnson and Louise Casey Johnson Crumpler.
He is survived by two sons and three daughters.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
