Charles Anthony "Andy" Capps, 61, died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
Born in Wayne County, he was the son of the late Charles L. Capps and Edna Kennedy Capps of Grantham.
Visitation will follow the service.
Arrangements are by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory.
