Danny Lee Carter, 67, Mount Olive, died Wednesday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Memorial service will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
He was born in Lenoir County Aug. 11, 1948, to the late Raymond Carter and Irene Burroughs Brock. He was the stepson of Howard Glen Brock of Mount Olive, and was married to Kim Carter.
He is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will follow the service.
