James Durwood Tyler, 43, 112 Matthews St., Warsaw, died Saturday at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church Turkey. Burial will be in Middleton Cemetery.
Born in Duplin County, he was the son of Patricia Tyler and James Nickelson. He was married to Argie Tyler.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the family present 5 to 6. At other times, the family will be at 115 Moore St., Kenansville.
