Funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Crossover Church in Hyattsville, Md.
She was born in Goldsboro to the late Josephine and Maynor Ham. She was married to the late Charles R. Wilkins.
Visitation will be Tuesday at 10 a.m.
