Elizabeth Carol Holt, 61, formerly of Warsaw, died Sunday at Brian Center in Goldsboro.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Community Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
She was born Jan. 12, 1954, in Wayne County to the late Thurman Whaley and Alice Elizabeth Sanderson Whaley.
She is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc.
