Mrs. Hazel Artis Whitley, 71, 2210 Cameron Road SW, Wilson, N.C., passed away Nov. 16, 2015.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at noon at Saint James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, 514 Memorial Church Road, Fremont, N.C., with the family receiving friends for a wake prior to service from 11 a.m. to noon.
A public viewing will be held Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Wilson, N.C.
