"Buddy Boy" Gurney Lee Gardner Sr., 83, of 1859 Mark Edwards Road, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Mark Church of Christ DOC.
Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday in the J.B Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
He was born in Greene County on Jan. 17, 1932, to Frank Gardner and Larsie "Lossie" Bell Swinson Gardner.
He is survived by his wife, Willie Jones Gardner, and his children.
