Georgia Packer, 89, died Saturday at Brian Center and Rehabilitation Center in Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Alpha and Omega Christian Center, with apostle Frank Dawson officiating. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
She was born July 7, 1926, in Wayne County to Claude Howell and Lillian Wade Howell.
She is survived by her children.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., with the family present 6 to 7, in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. The family will receive friends at 310 Wayne Ave., Goldsboro, where it will assemble for the funeral procession at 9:45 a.m.
