Earlene D. Melvin, 73, Warsaw, died Thursday at Warsaw Health and Rehabilitation.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Stephens AME Zion Church of Warsaw. Interment will be in Martin Family Cemetery in Warsaw.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 tonight at Hawes Funeral Home chapel of Warsaw.
