Earl Williams, Goldsboro, was born to late Paul Melvin Williams and Elizabeth Cox Williams of Goldsboro, N.C., Feb. 28, 1941. He departed this earthly life Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015.
He leaves to cherish his loving and devoted wife of 52 years Beddie Williams, who resides in Goldsboro, N.C.; five daughters, Mary McKoy, Joyce Williams, Edna Cadichon, Sharon Williams and Lisa Williams; his beloved grandsons, Ferronte Williams, Shawn Williams, Shermone' Williams (Chardonnay), Brian McKoy, Dasha, Solomon and Christine Cadichon; seven great-grandchildren, Tiahona Williams, Jymar Williams, Amira Williams, Bryianna McKoy, Aniyah Williams and Tristen and Jahnelya Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, at 1 p.m. at Millers Chapel AME Zion Church, 269 Millers Chapel Road, Goldsboro, N.C. He will be laid to rest in Old Mill Cemetery, 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, N.C.
There will be a viewing held Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
