Manola Johnson Wells, 96, Harrells, died Friday at Southwood Nursing Center in Clinton.
Funeral will be Wednesday at noon at Wells Chapel Baptist Church in Wallace, with the Rev. Freddie Harris officiating.
She was born Sept. 19, 1918, in Sampson County, to the late Charles Samuel and Mary Wells Johnson. She was married to the late Rufus Currie Wells.
She is survived by a daughter and three sons.
Arrangements are by Padgett Funeral and Cremation Services of Wallace.
