William Starkey "Billy" Oliver Jr., 82, Kinston, died Tuesday.
Funeral will be tonight at 7 at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church, with pastor Chris Truett officiating. A private family interment will be at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
He was born July 5, 1932, in Lenoir County to the late William Starkey Oliver Sr. and Mabel Harrison Oliver. He was married to Sara Reynolds Oliver.
He is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will follow the funeral.
Arrangements are by Rouse Funeral Home of LaGrange.
