Robert Earl "Pepie" Moore, 81, Fountain, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Church Street Chapel of Farmville Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Moore was retired from the United States Air Force, where he worked as an air traffic controller.
He was a life member of the American Legion and VFW.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Martha Moore, and a brother, Eric Moore.
He is survived by a sister, Jean Wade of Hampton, Va.; brother, Carlos Moore and wife, Carol, of Fountain; nieces, Tammy Williamson and Robin Moore; and nephews, Marty, Tony, Jimmy Wade and Josh Moore.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local American Legion or VFW.
