Mrs. Mary Elizabeth "Lady" Parks Jones, 3360 Indian Springs Road, Seven Springs, N.C., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at 1 p.m. at Jerusalem Free Will Baptist Church, 395 Jerusalem Church Road, Seven Springs, N.C. Burial will follow in W.G. Broadhurst Memorial Garden on Indian Springs Road in Seven Springs, N.C.
She is survived by her husband, Carlton Lee Jones of Goldsboro; a daughter, Kanesha Wilson of Raleigh; a son, Jaquan M. Wilson (Tokobia) of Zebulon; nine brothers; three sisters; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be held Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, from 5 to 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C.
At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble at noon in preparation for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Wilson, N.C.
