Kim Melanie Fournier, 49, Spring Lake, died at home Wednesday.
Funeral will be Oct. 4 at 4 p.m. at Pirates Sports Bar in Spring Lake.
She was the daughter of Ronnie and Patricia Gurley, and wife of Burton Fournier.
She is survived by two sons.
Arrangements are by Adcock Funeral Home and Crematory.
