JUANITA B. HOOKER

Juanita Bowman Hooker, 82, died Thursday night at Willow Creek.
Born in Covington, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jeanette Freidman Bowman, and was the wife of the late Bobby Gene Hooker.
She worked in civil service for 20 years as an administrative assistant at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.
A committal service will be held Sunday, May 25, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the mausoleum chapel at Wayne Memorial Park, with Rabbi Seth Klayman.
She is survived by a son, Rod Hooker and wife, Mary Pat, of Wilmington; a daughter, Candice Hooker Fuller and husband, Matt, of Raleigh; a son-in-law, Robert Clayton of Goldsboro; five grandchildren, Erin Hooker, Emily Hooker, David Alexander Fuller, Michelle Clayton and John Robert "Bobby" Clayton; five great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Hooker Clayton.
