FAISON -- William Albert Brock, 84, retired mechanic and logger and United States Army veteran, died Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Raleigh's Rex Hospital.
Services will be held Sunday, Feb. 2, at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Shelton Justice, and followed by burial in Brock Cemetery at Sarecta.
Husband of Gertrude Brock, now deceased, he is survived by six sons, Randy Brock and wife, Bobbi, Danny Brock and wife, Shelia, Gary Mark Brock and Michael Brock all of Faison, Vennie Brock of Middlesex and Dennis Brock of Woodstock, Ga.; two daughters, Susan Brock Guyton and Annette Brock Williams, both of Burgaw; a brother, Julius Carlton "J.C." Brock of Wallace; 20 grandchildren, including Chris Brock, Dawn Brock Bishop, Michael Brock, Briana Brock, Brandi Campbell, Monty Brock, Doane Brock and Bengy Brock, and 12 others; and numerous great-grandchildren.
