JOYCE ELLEN McHALE

Joyce Ellen McHale, born in Duplin County to the late Mary Rivenbark and father, passed away Friday, Jan. 10, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surround by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Kevin McHale Sr.; her children, Heather McHale, Crystal Yancey and husband, Cory, Kevin McHale Jr. and wife, Crystal, and Kathleen McHale (Nick Weaver) all of Pikeville; and her brothers and sisters, Liz King, Vernell Lipscomb, Cindy Creech, Robert Perry, Susie Gala and Joey Rivenbark.
She was also blessed with 12 grandchildren and one expected great-grandchild, Raya.
She was processed in death by her sister, Wanda Heath.
A viewing will be held Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home in Goldsboro, with a graveside service to immediately follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Joyce was loved, and will be missed dearly by family and friends.
