DUDLEY and NORRISTOWN, Pa. -- Jerry Woodrow Johnson, 72, passed away Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at the Brian Center.
Jerry was born in Mullins, S.C., Feb. 18, 1941, to the late Woodrow W. Johnson and Hilda Juanita Gainey Johnson.
He was retired from many years of retail store management in the Philadelphia area, where he lived with his significant other, James Plank, who passed away with cancer Oct. 3, 1992.
Jerry leaves behind his longtime partner, Gregory Stergin of Downington, Pa.; his sister, Ruth Ulmer; and his brother, Clinton Johnson of Goldsboro.
He also leaves behind nieces and nephews of Goldsboro, Todd, J.D., Jeff, Jeri Ann and Robbie, and nieces and nephews in Norristown, Ann, George, Lawrence, Roberta, Bill, Cindy and Mark.
He has been cremated, and will be buried with his partner, James Plank, in Calvary Cemetery in Conshocken, Pa.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
