Sammy Ford, 61, died Oct. 9 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be Friday at Barnes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, with pastor Corey Pigford officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He was born March 24, 1952, to Jennie Mae Ford and Albert Lee Clark in Dillion, S.C.
He is survived by his children.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1 to 6 p.m., with the family present from 5 to 6 p.m., in the chapel.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
