KENLY -- Bettie Mitchell Watkins, 89, died at Smithfield Manor Sunday.
Funeral will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at a later date in Kenly Cemetery.
Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late James Barney and Lizzie Stallings Mitchell.
She is survived by several stepchildren
Visitation will be from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
