BENSON -- John William Walker, 90, died Saturday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Benson United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ron Patten officiating.
He was born Dec. 24, 1922, in Wayne County to the late John David and Mae Rogers Walker. He was married to Rosalyn Mizelle Walker.
He is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will follow the service in the church fellowship hall.
Arrangements are by Rose and Graham Funeral Home of Benson.
