FREMONT -- Howard Parton, 89, died Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
All services will be held privately.
Mr. Parton was born in Green County, Tenn., to the late Walter and Locky Gosnell Parton.
He is survived by five children.
The family is being served by Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
