Neil Marlin Nuzman Jr., 58, passed away on Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 2 at the chapel with Pastor Tony Kopanski and the Rev. Henry Abbott officiating. Interment will follow in Wayne Memorial Park with full military honors.
Neil was born in Kansas on Nov. 16, 1954, to the late Neil Marlin Nuzman and Flora Elizabeth Showalter Nuzman. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force with 24 years of distinguished service. After his military career, Neil found great pride in being a case manager for the probation population and volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
Neil is survived by his wife, Kathy Stanley Nuzman; his daughters, Celeste Mott and husband, Bryan, Michelle Cooper and husband, Tommy, and Cassandra Wilkerson and husband, Jim; a son, Zachary Nuzman; and 13 grandchildren. He is also survived by his "bonus" children, Reba Abbott and Tito Howard and Joey Abbott and wife, Sherry.
