LaGRANGE -- John William "Jimmy" Daniels, 68, died Thursday at his home.
A memorial service will be held today at 3 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with the Rev. Brad Mitchell officiating.
Jimmy was born Oct. 9, 1943, in Lenoir County to the late James Leslie Daniels and Victoria Skinner Daniels.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth "Pete" Taylor Daniels; and two children.
The family will receive friends following the service and at other times they will be at the home.
