Gertrude Crooms died Sunday at home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at White Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church in Pikeville. Interment will be at Union Grove Church Cemetery in Fremont.
She was born in Wayne County Oct. 9, 1919, to the late Minnie Bell Ruffin-Peacock and the late Henry Lane.
She is survived by two daughters.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Eastern Chapel Church, with a wake at 5:30 p.m.
The family will receive friends at 2053 Memorial Church Road in Fremont.
E.M. Matthews Funeral Home and Cremation Inc. is handling the arrangements.
