Robert Edward Lee Ham, 74, Mar Mac Community, died Tuesday at his residence.
Born in Greene County, he was the son of the late Jim and Maggie Goff Ham.
A service to celebrate Robert's life will be held Thursday evening at 6 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Pollock officiating.
Family members will greet friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.
Mr. Ham is survived by his children, Darryl Ham of Lexington, S.C., and Laura Bishop of Newton Grove; his siblings, Winston Ham of Lucama, Jewel Mozingo of Farmville, Alice Poythress of Lucama and Linda Jones of Snow Hill; the mother of his children, Kathy Moss of Goldsboro; five grandchildren; his first great-grandchild due in September; and Missy, his devoted canine companion.
