MOUNT OLIVE -- Margaret Jones Williams, 81, 104 S. Breazeale Ave., died early Monday,
Jan. 16, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Graveside services will be held in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18. The Revs. Elbert and Juanita Hollowell will officiate.
Mrs. Williams was the daughter of the late Bertha May Jones and the Rev. Daniel J. Jones.
She was a member of Cricket Ridge Church, and was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Cecil R. Williams of the home; a son, Cecil Ray Williams Jr. and wife, Wilma, of Seven Springs; a daughter, Carolyn W. Witherington and husband, Charles, of Mount Olive; grandchildren, Michael Witherington, Gary Witherington and wife, Kellie, and Cecilia W. Anderson and husband, Daniel; a great-granddaughter, Barbara Carol Singleton and husband, Joshua; a brother, James E. Jones and wife, Joyce, of Mount Olive; three sisters, Doris Sutton of Pikeville, Grace Kelly of Goldsboro and Faye Whitman and husband, Ernest, of Mount Olive; several nieces and nephews; and some special friends.
The family will receive friends at Tyndall Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, and at other times at the home.
Flowers are welcome and any memorial gifts are suggested to be made to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
