Dale Lee Johnson, 58, died Sunday morning, Oct. 9, 2011, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Homegoing services will be held Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Victory Faith Center, 805 Highway 13 South in Goldsboro. Viewing will be held at the church beginning at 6 p.m. Burial will be held in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Tibbs Johnson, and two sons.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
