PATRICIA FAYE BROWN CRIST

NORTH TOPSAIL BEACH -- With the sun shining and a strong southern breeze coming off the ocean, Patricia Faye Brown Crist passed away Saturday, July 16, in her North Topsail Beach home. She is once again free to roam the beaches looking for shells or dive the 4th hole in Eleuthera.
She is survived by four children, Gloria Crist-Erickson and husband, Yuma, of Tiverton, R.I., Jason Crist and wife, Suzette, of Jacksonville, Chris Crist and wife, Tonya, of Greer, S.C., and David Crist of Columbia, Md.
She leaves five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by a sister, Sandy Isley of Clemmons, N.C., and a brother, Henry Brown of Roanoke Rapids, N.C.
She is fondly remembered by many family members and friends, most notably the feisty three, her ACC gang, and her school of nursing friends.
A private celebration of life is planned for late September.
