BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- George Linwood Farland, 77, formerly of Duplin County, died March 28 at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.
Funeral will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home chapel in Rose Hill Saturday at noon, with the Rev. Gregory M. Carr officiating. Burial will be at Farland Family Cemetery in Beulaville.
He is survived by three sons and two daughters.
Visitation will be Saturday from 11 to noon, one hour prior to funeral, at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
