FREMONT -- Beverly Shreve, 72, Fremont, went home to be with the Lord March 26, 2011.
A celebration of her life and homecoming will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 3, at The Lord's Table, 1250 Parkway Drive, Goldsboro, N.C.
Visitation with the family will be from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
She was born to Richard and Onnolee Shreve of New York Dec. 22, 1938.
She is survived by her sister, Donna Brier of New York; a lifelong friend, Marilyn Waite of Fremont, N.C., five children, Richard Shreve of Texas, Rebekah McNabb of New York, Ruth Shoyinka of Maryland, Jennifer Heim of North Carolina and Janice MacDonald of Virginia.
She was blessed with 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
