Shirley Ann Locklair, 63, 103 Woodside Drive, peacefully passed away Tuesday morning at her residence.
Eulogistic services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Joe A. Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Locklair Cemetery.
Warm memories are cherished by her daughter, Stephanie Smith of Silver Spring, Md.
Mrs. Locklair's remains will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
The family will receive friends at the residence, where they will also assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
