Sally Walker Johnson, 84, passed away on Friday at Britthaven Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Glenn Phillips officiating. Interment will be 11a.m. Wednesday in Wayne Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimers of North Carolina, Inc., P.O. Box 10608, Goldsboro, NC, 27532, First Baptist Church, 125 S. John St., Goldsboro, NC, 27530, or Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, NC, 27534.
The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
