CHARLOTTE -- Baby Jordan Kirby was born and died on Thursday at Carolina Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Hill Cemetery, Faison with Dr. W.K. Raynor officiating.
He was the son of George Jr. and Kayla Kirby.
Arrangements are being handled by Garris Funeral Home.
